ArtAV has delivered the video systems behind some of the UK's most technically ambitious theatrical productions, including world premieres and major West End transfers. We work quietly, reliably and without fuss, which is exactly why most of our work comes through recommendation and repeat custom.
Our credits include the full video system design and supply for The Hunger Games on Stage — to our knowledge the first permanent theatrical installation of Unilumin HOB LED panels anywhere in the world, with over 130sqm of screen real estate driven by Pixera Gen2 media servers and a Novastar COEX processing system. We designed and built the video system for The Battle, a world-premiere production ahead of its West End transfer, and the touring video system for the acclaimed Noughts & Crosses Tour — a custom compact rack delivering nine video outputs across ten venues. Our experience of larger shows include systems management for the Commonwealth Games Opening and Closing Ceremonies and Eurovision.
Theatre is a different discipline. Deadlines are absolute, technical failures are visible to a paying audience, and touring systems have to survive the road.
